Visiting the site
Vicpuntzero Experience:
Guided tour of all the spaces of the enclosure, including the archaeological site, the climb to the bell tower, the space over chapels and the immersive audiovisual. Duration 1’5h. Starting point: Tourist Office, Plaça del Pes.
Discover Vic
This visit proposes to know the archaeological site of Vicpuntzero with the visualization of the immersive audiovisual, climb to the bell tower and visit to the church of La Pietat. Then, there is a tour of part of the historical center of the city with entrance to the central nave of the cathedral. Duration: 2h. Starting point: Tourist Office, Plaça del Pes.
All visits are in Catalan. The immersive audiovisual can also be viewed in Spanish, English or French. For full visits in other languages (Spanish, English and French) prior reservation is required.
In addition to these times, bespoke tours in English can be booked for groups of at least 10 people.

Free entrance to the Church of La Pietat
Every Saturday, Sunday and holidays from 10am to 12pm.
The spaces that can be visited are: central nave, sacristy, “capella fonda” and over the chapels.
The bell tower and immersive audiovisual are reserved for guided tours.

Ticket payments at the Tourist Office can only be made by bankcard.

Group visits can be arranged within or outside the established opening hours and days.
The money is not refunded for partial cancellations that may occur in the group.

Things to take into account regarding the tours:
- The ticket for the tour is to be collected at the Vic Tourist Office. Tours will start from there.
- Tickets should be purchased on the web site www.vicpuntzero.cat. The ticket office at the Toursit Office is only open half an hour before each session and will close 10 minutes before the tour.
- All types of tours include an accompaining guide.
- Visits are in Catalan.
- Due to the characteristics of the space, it is necessary to wear comfortable shoes, not high heels.
- The tour is accessible to people with functional diversity except for the bell tower and elevated spaces of the church.
- Pets are not allowed, with the exception of guide dogs.
